One of the busiest thoroughfare in Taipei, Zhongxiao East Road, was stopped quiet on September 19 for the event of car free day.
Before then, I thought the event had no point, and was plainly stupid.
Until now, I still think the event has no point, and is plainly stupid.
However, I did find one benefit of this event--
you can act like you own the road, roll around on it, and pretend you are doing something fairely serious, such as practicing taichi.
